New Assassination gametype where players in the attacking team need to protect and escort the VIP to an extraction zone while the other team tries to eliminate him.

Attackers: A player in the attacking team will be switched to VIP once the pre-match period ends. The attacing team needs to protect the VIP from being killed and escort the VIP out of the combat zone to the extraction zone marked as a blue square in the game. Attackers can only win the round by extracting the VIP or eliminating all the defenders.

Defenders: They need to prevent the VIP from reaching the extraction zone. They can accomplish this by defending the extraction zone or by just killing the VIP. Defending team can only win the round by killing the VIP or by holding the VIP from reaching the extraction zone in the allocated time.

We will start with a message to all soldiers.

Start the game and open the console with ~ (Different countries/keyboards to open console. In Germany its the: ^) and type:
e.g. /bind M say Hello Soldiers.

Make sure the ^ is deleted. The console line should show only /bind M say Hello Soldiers

Typing the key M during the game will display “Hello Soldiers”

/bind [key you want to bind] [command]
bind = you want to assign on a key
[key] = a key whatever e.g. “M“
[command] = the command you want to execute pressing the key in game

Use the “say” command only if you want to send to all soldiers this message.
/bind M say Hello Soldiers
All soldiers will see this message.

Do you want to send a message only to your team?
Use the command “say_team”
e.g. : /bind M say_team i need help
Only your team will see the message „I need help“

Call of Duty will save your bind automatically in the config_mp.cfg .
Next time you open the game it is already saved.

If you want to delete this command/message from your game:
Type /unbind M and the command is deleted.
I don’t recommend to edit direct the config_mp.cfg.
But if you want to do this, make sure you have a backup.

You can use different colors.
e.g: /bind M say ^1Hallo ^2Soldiers ^3!
This works only on keyboards where the console key ^ is different from color ^.
On the german keyboard doesn’t work. Germans must write direct in the config_mp.cfg .

The color codes:
^1 = red
^2 = green
^3 = yellow
^4 = blue
^5 = cyan
^6 = purple
^7 = white
^8 = this color changes depending the team you are
^9 = grey
^0 = black
