The bind command is easy. We will start with a message to all soldiers. Start the game and open the console with ~ (Different countries/keyboards to open console. In Germany its the: ^) and type: e.g. /bind M say Hello Soldiers. Make sure the ^ is deleted. The console line should show only /bind M [...]
