whenever you want my friend, it's ok for me, i will have vacations when dates will be fixe;
But i think, if it's possible for all, to stay Three days at Strasbourg because we did it for two days last time and it was very short time. If you want to go on pub and maybe in discotheque 
And maybe someones of us will arrive for a long travel (think about greek friends for example  )
it will be terrible, noobits

I've done these kinds of trips before, I used to fly to the USA every year for 4 years to meet with some guys I was in a similar group with.
Money is the biggest issue (or lack of it!) but I will do my best to get over there, I LOVE these kind of things, could be a complete disaster or could be best few days for years!
Let me know what dates you decide on and I'll try to come over.
It's ony 800 miles so I might even drive, maybe Legion will share the driving?

OK well after a slight set back when Legion got an offer of some bedroom action it's look slike we're back on schedule.
The plan is to drive so it will take about 12 hours I guess including the ferry crossing.
What time are you guys planning on getting to the hotel? It you are not getting there until late on Friday then I'll drive Friday but if you are getting there Friday morning I might come over on the Thursday instead and stay an extra night.

I don't remember the name of the hotel we slept last time.
will ask to fante but it was a nice hotel and price wasn't expensive. 62 € the night with breakfast, 5mn to drive to the center of strasbourg.
just do one list to know how many of us will come and how many days, i will reserve it.
If Eggy & Legion will come earlier than the other guys, i think i will come on tuesday evening.
I will be in vacation so i can come earlier, i must drive 7 hours to come.
Maybe we can plan a rdv point in france and finish the travel together.
I'll start at ROUEN, pass by AMIENS, COMPIEGNE, REIMS & STRASBOURG at the end
